Denice Pitt

Denice Pitt is an experienced executive with a demonstrated history of leadership in the education and outsourcing sectors. Since July 2011, Denice has served as CEO of Online Education Services (OES), where the focus has been on creating innovative online learning solutions in partnership with global educational institutions. In addition to the role at OES, Denice holds several non-executive director positions at organizations such as LINC Education, Construct Education, Studiosity, and RACV, while also serving as Deputy Chair at Firbank Grammar School. Prior experience includes founding roles as President at Aegis Services Australia and CEO at UCMS GROUP PTY LTD, alongside a tenure as National Customer Service Manager at Optus Communications. Denice's educational background includes a Masters in Business Management from RMIT University and completion of the Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
