Brendan Wu

Brendan Wu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis, financial strategy, and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Business Analyst in the PMO at Fire and Emergency NZ since February 2024, Brendan focuses on designing and implementing digital solutions while enhancing PMO capabilities. Previously, Brendan held roles such as Commercial Advisor at Trees That Count, Business Planning Lead, Enterprise Portfolio Management Office Lead, and Strategic Performance and Reporting Lead at the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand, where initiatives aimed at improving organizational capacity and standardizing project management practices were key focuses. Additional experience includes roles at the Ministry for Primary Industries, NZ Trade and Enterprise, Common Ledger, Kiwibank, and Spark New Zealand, demonstrating a strong background in strategy development, service design, and financial modeling. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Victoria University of Wellington.
