Brett Reed

Brett Reed has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Brett started their career in 1986 as a Radio Operator in the Royal New Zealand Navy. Following this, they worked as an IT Manager at FASNexus from December 2007 to September 2008 and at Multiplex from September 2008 to March 2012. Brett then joined the New Zealand Fire Service in March 2012 as part of the Operations - Communications team until September 2013. Brett then joined Hertz as a Senior IT Analyst from September 2013 until July 2019. Currently, they are working as an IT Systems Engineer at Antarctica New Zealand since July 2019. In 1996, they also served as Deputy Controller/Chief at Fire and Emergency NZ, with no specified end date.

Brett Reed attended Auckland University of Technology from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology.
