Karli Lawrie has extensive experience in application support and subject matter expertise. Karli has worked at Fire and Emergency NZ as an Application Support Analyst, managing system issues, stakeholders, and testing. Prior to this role, Karli worked at ACC New Zealand as a Subject Matter Expert and Technical Product Advisor, handling QA, reporting, and stakeholder management. Additionally, Karli has experience as a Product Support Officer and Customer Service Representative at ACC, as well as a Customer Service Representative at Ministry of Social Development. Karli is currently pursuing a Diploma in Web Development & Design at Open Polytechnic of New Zealand.
