Samantha Chain

Samantha Chain has been working in the fire safety industry for over ten years. Samantha started their career as an inside sales representative for Fire Fighter Sales & Service Company, where they were responsible for selling new equipment and contractor sales. After five years with the company, they were promoted to Sales Manager. In this role, they were responsible for building customer relationships, bidding on new construction for fire extinguishers/cabinets, and handling customer call-ins looking to purchase pieces and parts from our warehouse and vendors.

Chain left Fire Fighter Sales & Service Company after 11 months to take a position as a Complaints and Grievances Coordinator with UPMC Health Plan. In this role, they were responsible for investigating member complaints and grievances for the Evolent product line. After three years with UPMC Health Plan, they left to return to Fire Fighter Sales & Service Company, where they have been working in Equipment & Contractor Sales for the past year.

Samantha Chain has a Master of Arts from Waynesburg University in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor, which they obtained in 2020-2022. Samantha also has a Bachelor's Degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Communications Media, which they obtained in 2008-2013.

This team is responsible for the equipment and contractor sales for the company. Samantha Chain is the team leader and is responsible for managing the team and ensuring that sales goals are met. The team consists of sales specialists, customer service managers, and operations managers.
