Shilpa Kala Venkataswamy Reddy

Shilpa Kala Venkataswamy Reddy is an experienced Senior QA Engineer currently working at Fire since October 2021. Previously, Shilpa served as QA Lead at Emex, managing a team of testers and overseeing various testing phases. Prior roles include Principal Consultant and Senior Test Consultant at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India, with expertise in Test Management and Agile methodologies. Shilpa's career also includes positions as Senior Software Test Engineer at MetricStream and Senior Software Test Engineer at Mindtree, where responsibilities involved collaboration with multinational clients and participation in Waterfall and Agile models. Shilpa holds a Master’s degree in Cloud Computing from the National College of Ireland and a Master's degree in Mathematics, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
