Dylan Toyne

Dylan Toyne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate strategy. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Fire Inspect Software since October 2023, Dylan previously held the position of Director, M&A and Corporate Development at Constellation Software Inc. from April 2020 to October 2023 within the Vela Operating Group. Prior experience includes participation in the Barclays Accelerator, a premier FinTech program, and leading business development initiatives at Fintros, a VC-backed marketplace platform connecting finance professionals with leading financial institutions. Dylan holds a Bachelor's degree in Colonial History and Contemporary Philosophy from the University of King's College and an International Baccalaureate from Upper Canada College, along with training from Lighthouse Labs.
