Laura Wolken's work experience includes various roles in the food and beverage industry. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a General Manager at Voodoo Doughnut. Subsequently, from 2013 to 2016, they served as a Regional Director of Operations. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Director of Operations, and from 2019 to 2023, they held the position of Director of Operation Services at Voodoo Doughnut. In 2023, they became the Vice President of Operations at Fire on the Mountain Buffalo Wings.
Laura Wolken studied Environmental Studies at Western Colorado University. In 2022, they obtained a certification in Agile Project Leadership from LinkedIn.
