Matthew Hardwick

Matthew Hardwick, PMP, serves as the General Manager at Fire Safety and Protection, LLC since February 2022. Prior to this role, Matthew owned and operated Project “H” LLC from March 2019 to November 2023, providing owner representative and project consulting services. Matthew held the position of Branch Manager at Shambaugh & Son LP from June 2019 to February 2022, overseeing a team of skilled professionals in an IBEW shop. Additionally, Matthew has experience as a Project Manager at Koorsen Fire and Security, managing sprinkler installation projects from 2016 to April 2019, and previously at Shambaugh & Son LP and S25TOWERSERV LLC. Matthew’s career began at AT&T as a Field Service Technician, where responsibilities included various technical tasks from 2000 to 2010. Matthew holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute India and has attended Indiana University Indianapolis and the University of Phoenix.
