Margaret Bader is an accomplished Event Manager and co-founder at AgRooted, with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently managing events at Aerlume Seattle, responsibilities include overseeing event logistics, client communication, contract management, and on-site execution. Previous roles at Aerlume Seattle include Event Coordinator, Guest Experience Captain, and Front Desk Lead, all emphasizing exceptional customer service and team collaboration. Additional experience includes Front of House Lead at Marriott Hospitality & Culinary Innovation Center, operations and private dining internship at AQUA by El Gaucho, and various front-of-house roles throughout their early career. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Business Management from Washington State University and Florence University of the Arts.
