General Manager, El Gaucho Bellevue at Fire & Vine Hospitality

Ryan Bear has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at both El Gaucho Bellevue and El Gaucho Restaurant since June 2021. Prior to these positions, Ryan held the role of General Manager at Big Sky Resort from November 2019 and at GameWorks, Inc. from January 2018 to November 2019. Additional experience includes serving as Food & Beverage Director at Madison Hotel and Director of Operations for Food & Beverage at Washington Athletic Club, overseeing multiple venues and a significant staff. Ryan began the hospitality career as Assistant General Manager at Buca di Beppo and as Manager at Coho Cafe. Educational background includes a degree in Political Science and Journalism from Southern Nazarene University. Following a relocation back to Seattle, WA, Ryan continues to advance a career rooted in the city.
