The Legal Team at FIRE is responsible for advocating and litigating on behalf of individuals whose rights are threatened at America's colleges and universities. They provide legal defense and counsel to protect free speech, due process, and academic freedom, utilizing strategic litigation and government affairs expertise to uphold constitutional rights within educational institutions.
