Hen Peretz is a co-founder of the volunteer-based language exchange initiative "Savta Bishla Daisa," aimed at connecting elderly individuals with students to enhance language skills, with a focus on community engagement since January 2023. Currently serving as a Business Analyst at FireArc Technologies since April 2025, Hen has also held the role of Private Tutor and Teaching Assistant at Ono Academic College from November 2023 to October 2024, where support was provided in data analysis and programming courses. Prior military service in the Israeli Navy included a progression from front-line combat soldier to Senior Commander, fostering leadership and mentorship skills. Hen is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and Business at Ono Academic College, expected to conclude in 2025.
