Michelle Stanley, PMP

Michelle Stanley, PMP has over 10 years of experience in the Human Resources and Training and Development fields. Michelle began their career in 2001 as a Manager/Trainer at Mimi's, where they were responsible for training and developing employees, as well as opening and closing the restaurant, running shifts, dealing with large sums of money and general food preparation. Michelle then served as a Training and Development Instructor for eight locations in the Phoenix Metro area.

In 2007, Michelle Stanley, PMP began their career with Alltech International as a Curriculum Developer and Lockheed Martin Training Team Instructor. As a Curriculum Developer, they worked with Lockheed Martin to develop web-based and instructor-led training. As a Lockheed Martin Training Team Instructor, they provided instruction, onsite support and consultation for a government agency.

In 2010, Michelle Stanley, PMP joined Lockheed Martin as a Curriculum Development Team Lead and Instructional Systems Designer. As a Curriculum Development Team Lead, they were responsible for the production, development, quality, innovation, and oversight of multiple projects. As an Instructional Systems Designer, they developed web-based and instructor-led Specialized Security Training (SST).

Finally, in 2016, Michelle Stanley, PMP joined Firebird Analytical Solutions & Technologies as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Human Resources and Recruiting, PMP. As the Director of Human Resources and Recruiting, they were responsible for managing Human Resources and Recruiting efforts company wide and conducting all hiring efforts to bring new employees on-board. Michelle was also the main point of contact for all client site Project Managers, throughout the employees' life cycle.

Michelle Stanley, PMP holds a Masters of Arts in Communications Studies with an emphasis in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from Arizona State University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2005. Michelle also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from California State University, which they obtained from 1997 to 2001.
