Pavel Razukevichus is an experienced professional who has held various roles in companies such as Firebird Tours, Playrix, Mapbox, Wargaming, and others. Currently working as an Onboarding Manager at Firebird Tours, Pavel focuses on candidate profile development, assessment, interviews, and selection. In their previous role as a Customer Support Supervisor / Team Lead, Pavel managed a team of 14 people, developed and implemented customer support policies, ensured high-quality customer service, handled complaints, and analyzed customer feedback to improve the customer experience. With a background in project management, outsource management, and video engineering, Pavel brings a diverse skill set to their roles.
