Grace Tan

Grace Tan currently serves as the Manager of Business Development for APAC at Fireblocks, where responsibilities include supporting a team of Business Development Representatives in pipeline generation and collaborating with cross-functional leads to enhance processes and productivity. Previously, Grace held the position of Business Development Team Lead for Southeast Asia and Korea at Cloudflare, managing and coaching a team to excel in pipeline generation while engaging with stakeholders for opportunity management improvements. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Development Representative at Sojern and a Business Development Manager at People Bee Hoon Factory Pte Ltd, where Grace spearheaded business expansion projects and managed quality assurance protocols. Grace's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Science and Technology from the National University of Singapore, as well as a diploma in makeup artistry.
