Steve Wager

Steve Wager is an experienced professional in the finance and technology sectors, currently serving as Head of Product at Fireblocks Trust Company since July 2024. Wager previously held significant roles, including Advisor and Chief Product Officer at a Stealth FinTech Startup, and has a robust background in digital assets and custody management through positions such as Head of U.S. Direct Custody Product and Digital Assets Lead at JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Head of Direct Custody Product at BNY. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Citi as Americas Regional Custody Product Head and at Fidelity Investments as Digital Assets Institutional Custody Product Head. Wager holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University at Albany, SUNY, and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
