Gil Loew

Gil Loew has extensive work experience in customer success and project management roles. Gil is currently the Head of CSM at Firebolt since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Customer Success at InfiniGrow from September 2021 to August 2022. From November 2018 to August 2021, they served as the Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager, Strategic Accounts at Sisense. Gil also worked as the Director of Customer Success, EMEA at Operative from January 2017 to November 2018. Before that, they held roles such as Senior Account and Program Manager - EMEA at SintecMedia from April 2014 to December 2016, and Senior Account & Project Manager - North America at Pilat Media from October 2010 to April 2014. Gil began their career at YES DBS Satellite Services Ltd, where they held various roles including VOD Project Manager from January 2008 to October 2010, HD & Tape-less Project Manager from January 2006 to January 2008, and Content & CA Systems Analyst from January 2004 to January 2006.

Gil Loew has an M.A. in Organizational Development and Counseling from The College of Management Academic Studies, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Gil also completed Web Programming in Oracle environment training at John Bryce Training from 2005 to 2006. In addition, they have a B.A. in Media Studies and Management from The College of Management Academic Studies, earned from 2001 to 2003.
