In 2002, they joined CMC - The Corporate Merchandise Company and held various positions, including Account Manager, Account Director, Regional Sales Director, and eventually Corporate Sales Director. During their time at CMC, they generated significant growth for the company. In 2009, Paul joined Staples Promotional Products as a Sales & Business Development Director responsible for the EMEA Sales Team and budget, as well as Business Development Strategy & Marketing. Finally, since 2011, Paul has been working at Firebrand Promotions as the Sales & Marketing Director, managing the national sales organization and marketing for a top 10 promotional products distributor.
