Angela Cotey

Angela Cotey is an experienced professional in digital strategy and audience development, currently serving as the Director of Digital Strategy at Firecrown since January 2019. In this role, Angela is responsible for shaping and executing the digital content strategy for Kalmbach Media's web properties, guiding a cross-functional team to achieve corporate goals related to audience growth and digital sales. Prior to this, Angela held various roles at Kalmbach Publishing Co. including Senior Audience Development Manager and Digital Content Manager/Specialist, where efforts focused on growing and engaging online audiences through strategic initiatives and analytics. Angela's career began at Progressive Railroading as a Senior Associate Editor, where editorial skills were honed, and continued with a reporting position at Community Newspapers. Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism/Public Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
