Dale Boyce, MSHRM, is an experienced Human Resource Manager with a robust background in HR leadership across various industries, including credit unions and manufacturing. Currently serving as the Human Resource Manager for Firefighters Community Credit Union since March 2021, Dale leads HR initiatives for a workforce of 90 at seven locations, focusing on full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, and performance management. Previous roles include managing HR functions for Overhead Door, Saint-Gobain Crystals, and multiple Harley-Davidson dealerships, where responsibilities ranged from workforce planning to corporate training coordination. Dale holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Strayer University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix, complemented by an Honors Diploma from Hubbard High School.
