Andrew Hicks

Andrew Hicks is a seasoned professional in network operations and technology strategy, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Network Operations at Firefly Aerospace since April 2023. Prior to this role, Andrew spent over 24 years at Dell Technologies, where responsibilities included serving as a Global Technology Strategist, Senior Manager, Principal Networking Engineer, Master Networking Engineer, and Senior Network Analyst, among other positions. Throughout this tenure, Andrew focused on researching IT industry trends, managing teams of network engineers, mentoring staff, and resolving complex technical issues. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Lebanon Valley College.
