Norman Rivera

Norman Rivera is an experienced electrical engineering leader currently serving as the Electrical Engineering Manager for Interconnect Design at Firefly Aerospace, where responsibilities include overseeing vehicle wire harnesses for R&D and flight and mentoring a team of engineers. Rivera has previously held roles such as Lead Aerospace Design Engineer and Launch Vehicle Design Engineer, focusing on the development of wire harnesses and fluids plumbing for launch vehicles and ground support equipment.
