Steve Shaffer

Steve Shaffer is the Co-Founder of Raw Juce, a certified organic juice and plant-based restaurant located in Boca Raton, which has expanded to include twelve company-owned stores in South Florida. They have served on various boards, including Firefly Autism and the Make A Wish Foundation, since 2012, and they also contribute as Co Chairman for SCORE Counselor to America's Small Business. Additionally, Steve holds a position on the Advisory Board at Metro State University School of Innovation and serves as Managing Director at Triple Crown Investments, where they oversee a diverse portfolio that includes restaurants, retail, and health care. Steve previously held the role of President at Quiznos Subs from 2001 to 2006.
