Andy Cindrich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational consulting and leadership development. Currently a Senior Consultant at FranklinCovey since 2005, Andy focuses on facilitating behavioral change and coaching effective leaders. In addition to leading the Western Region Leadership Practice at FranklinCovey, Andy co-authored the book "Change: How to Turn Uncertainty Into Opportunity" and serves as a board member for FireFly Automatix, a rapidly growing AgTech company. With entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Slate Canyon Design and Performance Partners, Andy blends practical business acumen with a strong educational background, holding a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor's in Teaching Psychology from Brigham Young University.
