Shea Kendall

Shea Kendall has extensive experience in sales management and corporate training, currently serving as Territory Sales Manager and Corporate Service Manager at FireFly Automatix, Inc. since June 2017. Responsibilities include overseeing the service department, managing onsite technicians and support staff, fostering departmental relationships, team building, and implementing new processes. Previously, at Auric Solar from July 2014 to June 2017, Shea excelled as a Corporate Trainer, focusing on onboarding new sales hires, and as a Door to Door Sales Manager, where responsibilities included managing and training appointment-setting teams, area management, and developing tracking processes.
