Jesse Galdston

Jesse Galdston has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jesse started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Chicago's D'Angelo Law Library in 2012. In 2012, they also worked briefly as a Voter Protection member for Friends of Sherrod Brown. In 2013, they served as an Attorney Law Clerk at the City of Chicago's Department of Law.

From 2015 to 2017, Jesse worked at Formaggio Kitchen as a Cheese Monger, Cave Manager, and Buyer. Jesse then joined Shacksbury Cider in 2017 as the Mid-Atlantic and Massachusetts Sales Director. In their role, they were responsible for sales and distribution in those regions until they left in 2019.

In 2019, Jesse Galdston joined FireFly Farms, Inc. as the Director of Retail Operations and General Manager of FireFly Market Baltimore. Jesse collaborated closely with the President and CEO to establish and manage the retail side of the business. Jesse'sresponsibilities included overseeing operations, staff education, and cultivating the company culture. Additionally, they managed the day-to-day operations of FireFly Market Baltimore, handling inventory, staff management, cheese mongering, and overseeing the on-site cheese cave.

Jesse Galdston pursued higher education at Wesleyan University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in American Studies. Later, they attended the University of Chicago Law School from 2008 to 2011, obtaining a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in Law.
