Andy Ellner is the Co-Founder and Chief Clinical Officer of Firefly Health. Andy was previously the Director of Global Programs at Harvard Medical School Center for Primary Care from March 2012 to December 2019. From January 2007 to December 2019, they were also the Associate Physician of Global Health Equity at Brigham and Women's Hospital and an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School.

Andy Ellner attended Harvard College, where they earned their A.B. in Theirtory and Literature. Andy then attended the London School of Economics and Political Science, where they earned their Master of Science (M.Sc.).
