Seth Cohen

Seth Cohen is an experienced healthcare executive and board member currently serving on the board of Firefly Health since May 2022 and as President of Cedar since June 2021. Previously, Seth held leadership roles including CEO and Co-Founder at OODA Health and significant positions at Castlight Health, culminating in Vice President of Sales & Alliances. Seth began a career at McKinsey & Company as a Consultant in the Healthcare Payor and Provider practice, receiving recognition for a project on healthcare consumerism. Additionally, contributions include adjudicating the Beacon Community Grant Program for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and roles in private equity and investment banking. Seth earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPA in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School, and a BA in International Relations from Stanford University.
