Herminio Pereira

Herminio Pereira is a seasoned construction professional currently serving as the Director of Construction for Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Puerto Rico since February 2022. With an extensive background, Pereira also holds the position of Director of Construction and Engineering for Burger King Puerto Rico and Firehouse Subs Puerto Rico, overseeing the development, maintenance, and renovation of facilities for a combined total of 170 restaurants. Prior experience includes serving as President of Perod Construction Inc., managing retail and commercial construction projects, and as a Project Manager at Turner Construction Company, where responsibilities included supervising significant federal government projects. Pereira earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and graduated from Notre Dame High School.
