Leslie Castellanos

Leslie Castellanos is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in frontend development, currently serving as Software Engineer III at FireHydrant since February 2022. Previously, Leslie worked at the Long-Term Stock Exchange as a Software Engineer, where tools were developed to support startups through their IPO process. Leslie has a rich teaching history at Hackbright Academy, where roles included Instructor and Lab Instructor, focusing on mentoring coding bootcamp students in various programming languages and concepts. An early career as Development Director at the Hearing and Speech Center of Northern California involved managing fundraising and marketing efforts, alongside experience in graphic and web design. Leslie holds a degree in Full Stack Web Development from Hackbright Academy and a BA in Anthropology from Pomona College.
