Clover Perrotta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in purchasing and management within the casino and entertainment industry. Currently serving as the Director of Purchasing at FireKeepers Casino Hotel since June 2020, Clover previously held the position of Regional Director of Purchasing at American Racing & Entertainment LLC from September 2007 to June 2020, and Regional Purchasing Manager at Tioga Downs Racing & Entertainment from September 2007 to May 2020. Additionally, Clover operated a personal business as a Sr. Pampered Chef Consultant from September 2012 to December 2019, demonstrating strong entrepreneurial skills. Clover holds a Master of Arts in Business & Education from Ashford University and two Associate degrees from SUNY Morrisville in Agricultural Business and Equine Science & Management.
