Shellie Hoffman has over 25 years of experience in the gaming industry, currently serving as the Manager of Table Games at FireKeepers Casino Hotel since July 2009. In this role, Shellie oversees the implementation and compliance of casino policies and procedures, ensuring game integrity and exceptional guest service. Previously, Shellie held an internship in Promotions and Special Events Marketing, focusing on competitive analysis, direct mail offers, and promotional event support. Prior experience includes working as a Table Games Dealer at Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort, proficient in a variety of casino games. Shellie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Davenport University and holds an associate degree in Liberal Arts/Transfer, with a focus on Psychology and Human Behavior from Mid Michigan Community College.
