Paul Kelly

Paul Kelly possesses extensive experience in both the financial and spiritual sectors. Currently serving as Priest-in-Charge at All Saints Anglican Church since February 2015, Paul leads worship services and offers spiritual guidance. Concurrently, Paul holds the position of Controller at High Falls Oil Co., where responsibilities include bookkeeping, human resources, tax payments, invoicing, and cash management since 2008. Previously, Paul served as Senior Bookkeeper at High Falls Oil Co. from 2008 to 2018, overseeing general ledger maintenance and payroll. Paul is an alumnus of Saint Mary's College of California, holding both a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance and an MBA in Finance, earned between 1987 and 1992. Additionally, Paul has experience as an Actuarial Analyst at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company.
