Debra leads the Client Strategy & Success Center of Excellence which provides FireOneCXO clients guidance on how to align their sales effectiveness strategies with their overall growth objectives. Debra also leads their sales candidate sourcing and placement services. She is driven by her passion of aiding companies grow by attracting talent that not only meet her clients skill requirements, but also align well with the company’s culture.

Debra brings significant industry and leadership experience to FireOne. Her background spans both high tech, recruiting, and small cap equity investing. Prior to joining FireOne, Debra was President and CEO of G-Squared Investments. Debra successfully lead G-Squared Investments to invest in and grow small businesses. She has led successful acquisitions, partnering with management teams to deliver results for the companies and investors.

Debra also spent 15 years with Hewlett-Packard. Her accomplished career at HP included success in sales, marketing, business development, and strategy in selling IT solutions to business clients. Debra has an extensive understanding of sales and the characteristics needed to be successful. She has a proven track record in managing key relationships and delivering results.
