Melissa Haner is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and product coordination. Currently serving as the Install Products Coordinator at Fireplace Stone & Patio since October 2017, Melissa previously held multiple roles at Perfection Learning from 1998 to 2017, advancing from Customer Service Representative to Customer Service Supervisor and ultimately to Customer Service Manager. Earlier in their career, Melissa was the Store Manager at Original Cookie Co from 1995 to 1997. Melissa's educational background includes a degree in General Studies from Dubuque Senior High School, completed in 1985.

Founded in 1932, Lumbermen's is a fourth-generation family-owned and operated company that emerged as a Depression Era success story in the growing city of Omaha, Nebraska. With customer relationships and quality service as its prime commodities, the business took part in the busy regional trade center activities of the day. The company's customers were local lumber yards in nearby communities, hence the name "Lumbermen's Supply." Though the name might suggest otherwise, lumber was not in the product offering. Today we employ approximately sixty people who represent the strong values and work ethic of the Midwest.
