Zachary Bains is an associate in private capital at FirePower Capital since December 2021, having advanced through roles including senior analyst and analyst within the same division. Prior experience includes serving as an underwriting associate at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, focusing on alternative risk transfer, as well as a summer analyst at IGM Financial Inc. Zachary's early career also encompasses positions such as finance intern at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd and equity research intern at Lionridge Capital Management Inc. Zachary holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Toronto, completed in 2020, and graduated from St. John's-Ravenscourt School in 2016.
