Shuchi Pandya

Shuchi Pandya is a seasoned professional in the fashion and lifestyle sectors, currently serving as Principal at Fireside Ventures since August 2023, where the focus is on supporting early-stage businesses. In addition, Shuchi holds multiple board observer positions at Jetapult, NEWME, and NAT HABIT since February 2024. Prior experience includes Vice President at Nykaa from January 2021 to April 2023, where Shuchi successfully launched and managed three private label fashion brands with significant marketplace impact. Shuchi founded and led Pipa • Bella, a prominent fashion jewelry brand acquired by Nykaa, and was instrumental in managing a family-owned diamond jewelry export business. Academic credentials include an MBA from The Wharton School and a BS from NYU Stern School of Business.
