Lianna Shen

Lianna Shen has a diverse work experience. Lianna began their career in 2006 as a Grad Student and Researcher at Ryerson University. In 2007, they worked as a Reporter for PokerListings and as a Product for Kudzu.com | Cox Search, Inc. for Cox Enterprises. Lianna then joined Zappos Family of Companies in 2009 as a Head of Loyalty, VIP Operations & Product Management, Product Manager for VIP.Zappos.com and 6PM.com, Product Manager for Identity and Loyalty Platforms and Product Manager for 6PM.com. In 2012, they became a Co-Founder of Firesqueak, a tech consulting boutique specializing in eCommerce. In 2013, they became a Co-Founder and CEO of Fairejour.com, an eCommerce brand focused on independent designers from the US, Canada and Europe.

Lianna Shen completed their Bachelor's Degree in English and Mathematics from The University of British Columbia. Lianna then went on to pursue a Post Graduate degree in Journalism from Ryerson University.
