Ashley Chang has a diverse background in customer service and entertainment. Currently serving as a Private Ambassador Assistant, Client Care Expert, and Concierge at Louis Vuitton since May 2021, Ashley also works as a Voice Over Artist for FireStarter Entertainment. Previous experience includes roles as a Keyholder at Michael Kors, a Lead Regional Flight Attendant at Delta Air Lines, and an International Flight Attendant at Eastern Air Lines, Inc. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatre from the University of Florida, achieved between 2009 and 2012.

FireStarter Entertainment’s Talent Agency Division was born from a desire to bridge the gap between Broadway and the Television & Film Industry. In the Golden Age of Television & Film, many of our legendary actors were plucked directly from the Broadway Stage. Over the years, the reverse has occurred. Television & Film actors are now plucked from the screen to star on Broadway, in order to use their name and popularity to increase ticket sales, while in the meantime, Broadway Stars are having trouble making that career making transition to Television & Film. We aim to change this. We are excited to introduce our talented actors, many of whom come directly from the Broadway Stage, into the Television & Film Market.
