Yogesh Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades in the automotive industry. Yogesh has held various leadership positions in renowned companies such as Firestone Airide, GGB Bearing Technology, and SKF Bearings India Limited.

Yogesh's most recent role was as a Director OE Automotive Sales - North America at Firestone Airide, where they were responsible for overseeing sales operations and maintaining relationships with key accounts. Prior to that, they served as a Business Development Manager and Strategic Account Manager, driving business growth and securing new opportunities. Yogesh also worked as a Product Manager, Operations Manager, and Sales Manager, taking charge of product development, sales operations, and team management.

Earlier in their career, Yogesh gained expertise in application engineering and new product development at SKF Bearings India Limited. Yogesh started as a Graduate Engineering Trainee and worked their way up to become an Assistant Manager in Application Engineering.

Throughout their career, Yogesh has demonstrated a strong focus on customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and strategic planning. Yogesh has successfully achieved ambitious revenue targets and spearheaded innovative initiatives in the industry.

Yogesh Kumar completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategy & Finance from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon between 2013 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ramaiah Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2003. Their primary schooling was completed at St. Mary's Convent - Public School in Bangalore, India, where they obtained their 10th grade qualification in 1996.
