Juan Carlos Guilbe has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Juan Carlos started their career in 1990 as a Payroll Analyst at Las Américas Industrial Free Zone, where they supervised payroll systems and successfully conducted recruitment processes. In 1996, they joined SAEG Engineering Group as a Fire Protection Engineer, where they established and coordinated the fire protection department, analyzed data for project selling activities, and expanded sales opportunities in foreign countries. In 2001, they founded Firetech Corp and served as the Founder & CEO.
