Robert Waiters

Robert Waiters is an experienced professional with a background in criminal justice and a Bachelor’s degree from Lackawanna College. Currently serving as an Employment Specialist at Firetree Ltd. since May 2021 and as a Juvenile Justice Specialist at Northeast Secure Treatment Unit since July 2023, Robert has demonstrated expertise in various roles within the field. Prior experience includes working as a Corrections Specialist at Catholic Social Services - Diocese of Scranton from June 2018 to May 2021, as well as a Lifeguard/Supervisor with the City of Scranton from June 2013 to August 2017, and as a Rural Carrier Associate for the United States Postal Service from February 2015 to January 2017.
