Diana Lizarraga

Diana Lizarraga has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Diana started their most recent role in 2021 as a Finance Accounting Specialist at Firework. Prior to that, in 2018, they worked as a Translator (English-Spanish) for English3, where they translated training manuals, pages, and questionnaires on topics related to administration, legal, and business ethics.

From 2014 to 2018, Diana held various roles at Conduent, including AR Collection Supervisor for GM Brazil, Argentina, Ecuador, & Mexico. Diana led the General Motors Collection team and achieved significant results, receiving recognition for best worldwide performance in 2016. Diana also served as a Financial Analyst and Supplier Services representative during their tenure at Conduent.

Before that, Diana worked at NETSET Americas from 2011 to 2013 as a Customer Service Supervisor, managing the team responsible for receipt, shipment, and orders for customers. Diana also handled project administration and client relations.

Diana served as a Personal Account Manager at Nezter from 2009 to 2011, and as a Customer Service Support representative at NETSET Americas Repair Center from 2007 to 2009.

Diana's earliest work experience was as a Promoter of Marketing at Universidad del Noroeste, A.C. in 2004. Diana conducted promotional presentations, coordinated press conferences, provided information and assistance to prospective students and parents, and achieved enrollment goals for the institution.

Overall, Diana has demonstrated expertise in finance and accounting, translation, customer service, project management, and marketing throughout their career.

Diana Lizarraga has a diverse education history. Diana obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing from the Universidad del Noroeste in Hermosillo between the years 2000 and 2004. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance at the Universidad Tecmilenio from 2015 to 2017.

In 2020, Diana earned a certificate in Life, Professional and University Skills, Academic English, and Math from BYU-Pathway Worldwide. Additionally, they hold a certification in TOEIC obtained in May 2020 from the TOEIC Program.

Most recently, in 2021, Diana completed a Diploma in Musical Psychopedagogy from the Centro de Educación y Difusión Artísticas DMC in Mexico City, focusing on general studies in art and artistic studies.
