Jose R. Roman

Jose R. Roman is an accomplished quality assurance and manufacturing engineering professional with extensive experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Quality Assurance Manager at Fireye Inc. since October 2016, Jose also holds the title of Manager, Quality and ACE, overseeing product and process quality, and leading LEAN deployment initiatives. Prior roles include Manager of Manufacturing and Test Engineering and ACE Coordinator at United Technologies Corporation from September 2001 to October 2016, where numerous Kaizen events were led, focusing on process mapping, waste elimination, and cost savings. Jose’s expertise is further complemented by an MBA in Operations Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a BSIE in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
