Laurel Johnson

Laurel Johnson has extensive work experience in various roles within the communications and editorial field. Laurel most recently worked as a Senior Account Executive at Firmani + Associates Inc. since 2021. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2021, Laurel was a Content Lead at Discover Podium, where they focused on client communication and experience. Laurel also worked at Coffey Communications from 2007 to 2019, holding the positions of Associate Editor and Senior Production Editor. In these roles, Laurel managed content libraries, curated featured content, assigned and edited client deliverables, and maintained sourcing records. Laurel also provided editorial support and guidance for the copyediting team and served as the primary point of contact for content marketing clients. A key aspect of their work was maintaining brand voice and standards, optimizing calls to action, and ensuring quality control at every step.
