Lauren Elmore

Lauren Elmore has worked in a variety of industries since 2008. Lauren began their career at Cambridge Associates as a Consulting Associate, where they worked as part of the consulting team on 10-13 clients with roughly $24 billion in aggregate assets. In 2011, they worked as a Law Clerk at Bunger & Robertson, LLP, conducting pre-suit research and aiding in the discovery process. That same year, they were a Summer Associate at glendonTodd Capital LLC, performing legal research and private equity business research and analysis. In 2012, they returned to glendonTodd Capital LLC as a Summer Associate, managing a team of interns in researching and analyzing the relationship between economic freedom and economic growth, leading a team of interns in the legal research of Real Estate Investment Trusts, and conducting due diligence, modeling returns, and reviewing closing documents for two deals. In 2013, they became a Partner at Elmore Companies, focusing on acquiring lower-middle market companies, typically from their founders. In 2014, they joined Firmatek as Chief Executive Officer and President, where they provided highly accurate stockpile measurements and a variety of mapping solutions to the mining, construction, and solid waste industries.

Lauren Elmore received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Stanford University in 2008, followed by a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Full Stack Squad and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, both in 2014.
