Dirk Lettany

Dirk Lettany is a highly experienced flavorist with a career spanning several decades in the flavor and fragrance industry. Currently serving as Lead Senior Flavorist and EU Citrus Lead at dsm-firmenich since May 2023, Dirk previously held various senior roles at Firmenich from July 2007, including Lead Senior Flavorist for COLD BEV and Associate Director positions focused on innovation and technical guidance. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Danisco, where Dirk established a European flavorist structure and led innovation efforts, as well as R&D management at Perlarom SA, emphasizing beverage flavor development. Dirk holds an education from Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven' in Gent.
