Jorge Hernandez

Jorge Hernandez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and technology services. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Firmex since August 2019, Jorge has been instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and managing training sessions for global end users. Prior to Firmex, Jorge held the position of Microsoft Services Director at BIDSS Technology, where responsibilities included building the commercial division and leading technical meetings with prospective clients. Jorge also served as Manager of Security Services, focusing on information security policies for major financial institutions. Earlier in the career, Jorge worked at TECNASA as an Infrastructure and Data Security Engineer, facilitating client communications and the implementation of business solutions. Jorge holds a Master’s degree in IT Management from Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidad Católica de Honduras.
