Melissa D'Souza

Melissa D'Souza is an experienced recruitment and employment specialist with a robust background in the education and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as a Recruitment Specialist at Firmex since January 2022, Melissa previously worked as an Alumni Placement Specialist at NPower Canada from October 2020 to January 2022 and as an Employment Specialist at Durham Region Unemployed Help Centre from 2017 to October 2020. Prior to these roles, Melissa gained extensive experience at Nelson Education, holding positions as Assessment Coordinator, Marketing Services Coordinator, and Marketing Assistant between August 2008 and June 2016. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne, earned between 2003 and 2008.
